So here is the 3rd ciate mini nail varnish in part of this series on my blog, and I welcome you to Halo. Halo is a clear purple,white,blue top coat glitter polish, as you can see I have used it as a top coat on the picture above and on it's own on the picture on the above that. Personally I recommend it being used as a top coat as even if you did layer this nail varnish up, I don't think it would make much difference.
